F1 Cadillac Team Principal · STEAM Racing Future host

Hi, I am Marcin Budkowski

I currently lead the Cadillac F1 Team as its Team Principal.

I built my career with elite Formula 1 teams, including Prost, Ferrari, McLaren, Renault, and Alpine, where I helped develop world-class technological solutions. I also served as Head of the Formula 1 Technical Department at the FIA, the governing body of global motorsport, where I had a direct impact on the development and regulations of Formula 1.

Today, I share my knowledge and experience as a co-founder of Racing Future Academy.

I also host STEAM Racing Future™, a program that combines academic learning with hands-on experience, giving children and teens an inside look at how engineering, technology, and motorsport really work.

My mission is simple: to inspire young people, develop their potential, and open the door to future opportunities through education, experience, and passion.
